Presenting a set of The New Jersey Tercentenary Medallions. The smaller medallion is made of .999 Silver and the other is Bronze. These handsome medallions commemorate the 300th anniversary of New Jersey in 1964. A ribbon inscribed with "People, Purpose, Progress" wraps around a large Tercentenary symbol overshadowing figures that represent New Jersey Industry and Agriculture on the obverse side of the Tercentenary medallion. Each medallion comes in it's own box with individual papers. .999 Silver medallion weighs 1.9 ozt and measures 1 3/4 " and bronze medallion measures 2 1/2".
